As notícias que nos
chegam do Brasil são preocupantes.
Ontem, as muitas dezenas
de milhares de trabalhadores de todas as centrais sindicais, de estudantes e
outro povo, na manifestação pacífica em Brasília que reclamavam “Fora Temer!” e
“Eleições Directas Já!” foram duramente carregadas, por tropa de choque,
cavalaria, polícia disparando bombas de gás lacrimogéneo, disparos de balas,
bastonadas e finalmente o Temer convocou o exército... para repor a ordem em
Brasília.
O golpista Michel Temer é
neste momento um homem completamente desacreditado por provas indubitáveis de alta
corrupção ligada a grandes companhias brasileiras. A tal ponto que até a rede noticiaria
do regime, a Globo, teve de reconhecer isso mesmo. Mas Michel Temer e sua
camarilha neoliberal aliada aos EUA quer esmagar por todas as formas as lutas
populares, retirar todos os magros direitos que os anteriores governos
Lula-Dilma concederam.
A luta vai continuar mas
nota-se um desejo de Temer e camarilha aprovarem todas as leis anti-povo mesmo
com os protestos, e não parecem pôr fora de hipótese passar o controlo da
situação para os militares...
A ameaça de ditadura
militar, com ou sem fachada “democrática”, paira sobre o Brasil.
É urgente a solidariedade
com a luta do povo brasileiro! É necessário que por toda a parte se convoquem manifestações
e outras iniciativas de solidariedade de sindicatos e partidos progressistas!
E deverá ser feito agora.
Amanhã pode ser demasiado tarde.

corrupto anti-povo Temer!

The
news arriving us from Brazil are alarming.
Yesterday,
tens and tens of thousands of workers of all trade-unions, of students, and
other people, in a peaceful demonstration in Brasília demanding “Out with
Temer!” and “Direct Elections Now!” were harshly charged by shock troops,
cavalry, police shooting tear-gas grenades, real ammunition shootings, savage beatings,
and if it wasn’t enough Temer called up the army… to restore order in Brasilia.
The
coup enforcer Michel Temer is presently a totally discredited man, because of
hard evidence of high corruption related to big Brazilian corporations. This
became so patent that even the news network of the regime, the Globo, had to
recognize that. But Temer and his neoliberal cronies allied to the US want to crush
any and every form of popular struggle, to withdraw all meagre rights granted
by the previous Lula-Dilma governments.
The
struggle will keep on, but the desire of Temer and his cronies to approve all
anti-people laws even with the protests is clearly seen, and they do not discard
passing over the control of the situation to the military…
The
threat of a military dictatorship, with or without a “democratic” façade hangs
over Brazil.
The
expression of solidarity with the Brazilian people is an urgent task! It is
necessary to call up everywhere demonstrations and other initiatives of solidarity
from trade-unions and progressive parties!
And
it should be now. Tomorrow is perhaps too late.
